About the Role

This role is a professional entry point into B2B SaaS sales, ideal for early-career and graduate candidates who want to build strong sales fundamentals. The SDR role focuses on communication, discovery, and process-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a discovery call to share the Company Value Proposition, ask standardized questions, and secure the next deep dive meeting to be led by the account executive.
  • Make calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to prospects generated by a variety of outside sources.
  • Identify decision makers in prospect businesses, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions via templates and approved materials to begin sales cycle.
  • Set deep dive/demos for the sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage.
  • Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to engage.
  • Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort speaking with professionals in a U.S. business environment.
  • Academic, internship, or customer-facing experience.
  • Interest in building a career in B2B SaaS sales.

Requirements

  • Prior sales or SDR experience is helpful but not required.
  • Customer-facing or internship experience is highly valued.
  • Coachability and communication matter more than prior titles.

Benefits

  • Base Pay: CA$40,000 - CA$60,000 per year.
