Salary range (but not limited to): 128,300 - 156,800

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance): 15%

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the Role

We’re looking for a bilingual technical Manager, Software Development Web, to join our growing team!

What you'll do here:

  • Lead and inspire Web development teams by providing technical expertise to guide contributors in achieving performance, cohesion and accountability.

  • Supervise design, development, testing, release and maintenance practices, while respecting budgets and deadlines.

  • Lead the transition to AI technologies (Devin, Windsurf, Copilot, etc.) to increase team productivity.

  • Contribute to technical orientations by challenging architecture, testing strategies, delivery practices and solution evolution.

  • Ensure the performance, maintainability and technological compliance of the applications concerned.

  • Promote the professional development and career advancement of team members, through mentoring and coaching.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and technological innovations, identifying opportunities and suggesting solutions where appropriate.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Software Engineering or any combination of equivalent education and experience.

  • Experience in leading IT development initiatives.

  • Solid understanding and experience of web application technologies (Java, JavaScript, Angular, CSS, HTML, REST, JSON).

  • Experience in continuous delivery management.

  • Experience with object-oriented development and software debugging.

  • Experience of change and transformation management.

  • Experience in team management.

  • Experience in project management skills including planning, budget and schedule management, scope management, risk management, timely decision making and building effective teams.

  • Bilingualism mandatory (FR-EN) - For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English speaking colleagues across the country.

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
