Bilingual IT Solutions Integration Specialist

Experienced professional in the printing industry delivering end-to-end integration of Accounts Payable and ECM solutions. Involves Windows Server environments, SQL, M-Files, and client-facing advisory services. Remote mandate based in Montréal combining technical expertise and customer-focused delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client business needs and recommend tailored Accounts Payable and ECM solutions.
  • Gather and analyze technical and functional requirements.
  • Design integration architecture and create diagrams using Cacoo or Visio.
  • Prepare technical documentation including scope of work and solution specifications.
  • Lead the full implementation lifecycle from configuration to deployment.
  • Configure and deploy solutions within Windows Server, desktop, and network environments.
  • Set up and manage SQL Server databases, ODBC connections, reporting tools, and related components.
  • Develop and maintain administrative scripts using VBS and PowerShell.
  • Support integrations involving Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and virtualization technologies.
  • Deliver software demonstrations, proof of concept support, and user acceptance testing assistance.
  • Provide remote client support and training following deployment.
  • Act as the primary technical contact to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Maintain documentation for all implementations and system configurations.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

What you will need to succeed:

  • College diploma or degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Relevant technical certifications are considered an asset.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in system and network administration.
  • 2 years of experience integrating M-Files or similar enterprise content management solutions.
  • Proven experience implementing Accounts Payable automation solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and desktop operating systems.
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, WIFI, DHCP, DNS, SMB, and FTP.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SQL Server, and virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V.
  • Proficiency in database configuration, scripting, and ODBC management.
  • Knowledge of ECM and document management platforms.
  • Familiarity with web services and APIs is an asset.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
  • Creative, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Bilingual in French and English to provide client consultations, documentation, training, and technical support.
