Based in Montreal, Ludex Labs is an agency specializing in creating tools and providing services to traditional and Web3 businesses for a multitude of different industries. While we specialize in video gaming, our clients come from various different areas like automobile, real estate, online casinos, social gaming, payments, IoT, and other unconventional industries. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and drive the product vision by shaping strategy and maintaining a clear, actionable roadmap
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and business teams to bring meaningful, customer-focused solutions to life
• Lead several initiatives at once, balancing priorities while keeping delivery aligned with company objectives and timelines
• Ability to work on multiple projects from our portfolio simultaneously
• Use insights from data, customer feedback, and market research to guide product decisions and trade-offs
• Champion innovation and a strong customer-first mindset across the organization

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–5 years of experience in product management, preferably on digital products or consumer-facing platforms
• Proven ability to juggle multiple workstreams and make progress in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communicator who can align stakeholders and build trust across teams
• Enjoys collaborating with people from different disciplines and is motivated by shared success
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Kanban)
