We represent over 150 creators across multiple platforms and work closely with top brands to deliver authentic, high-performing influencer campaigns. Our focus is long-term creator growth, strong brand relationships, and professional talent management.

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Junior Talent Manager to support our talent roster and campaigns while developing into a core member of our talent management team.

Role Overview

The Junior Talent Manager will work closely with senior managers to support creators, manage campaigns, maintain relationships, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organization, communication skills, and a genuine interest in creator culture, gaming, and digital media.

This is a hands-on role with growth potential for someone looking to build a long-term career in talent management.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Management

• Support day-to-day management of a roster of creators across gaming, tech, and entertainment.
• Act as a primary point of contact for creators regarding opportunities, timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
• Assist with onboarding new creators, ensuring contracts, profiles, and internal documentation are properly set up.
• Help guide creators on best practices, brand expectations, and content delivery requirements.

As part of talent management, this role also includes:

Campaign Management

• Assist in managing influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Coordinate deliverables, deadlines, and approvals between creators, brands, and internal teams.
• Track campaign performance, posting schedules, and completion status.
• Ensure creators meet contractual obligations and campaign guidelines.

Talent Relations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators through consistent, professional communication.
• Be proactive in identifying creator needs, concerns, or growth opportunities.
• Support creator retention by ensuring a positive experience working with Viral Collab.
• Occasionally attend creator-related events, launches, or industry meetups.

Account Management

• Support brand accounts by helping manage communications, timelines, and campaign logistics.
• Ensure brand expectations are clearly communicated and met.
• Assist with reporting, campaign recaps, and post-campaign follow-ups.
• Help maintain long-term brand relationships through organized execution and reliability.

CRM & Organization

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company CRM.
• Track creator data, contracts, campaigns, communications, and progress.
• Use systems such as CRMs, Google Sheets, Notion, or similar tools to stay highly organized.
• Ensure no details fall through the cracks across multiple campaigns and creators.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in social media, marketing, influencer marketing, or talent representation.
• Strong people skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Comfortable working with CRMs and internal tracking systems.
• Willingness to attend events locally and, optionally, abroad.
• Flexible availability: able to work conventional business hours while remaining responsive to creators when needed outside those hours.
• Knowledge and genuine interest in gaming, tech, and entertainment culture.
• Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
