Summer 2026 Artificial Intelligence Intern

As part of the Data/AI team, the intern will contribute to the development of AI-powered solutions aimed at improving products, optimizing internal processes, and exploring new use cases. The intern will work in a dynamic technical environment and receive guidance from experts in data science and software engineering.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in data collection, preparation, and analysis for structured and unstructured datasets
• Contribute to the design, development, and testing of machine learning or deep learning models
• Implement data processing pipelines including preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization
• Develop proofs of concept (PoCs) for various AI use cases such as classification, NLP, computer vision, forecasting, etc.
• Support the deployment of machine learning models (APIs, automation scripts, integration into existing systems)
• Participate in code reviews, documentation writing, and technical discussions
• Conduct technology watch and research on the latest AI and ML techniques

Qualifications

• Masters degree student (M1/M2) or equivalent from an engineering school or university specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong foundation in machine learning and/or deep learning (regression, neural networks, NLP, computer vision)
• Proficiency in Python (mandatory); knowledge of R or Java is a plus
• Experience with ML/AI libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Transformers, pandas, NumPy
• Prior experience (personal, academic, or project-based) in AI/ML is appreciated
• Understanding of data cleaning, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL)
• Bonus: familiarity with MLOps tools (Docker, Git, CI/CD)
