About The Role

Our growing team is looking for a Senior UX Designer! As a Senior UX Designer, you will infuse our products and services with a human-centered approach. You are a skilled facilitator, researcher, and strategist. Your mission is to demystify complex problems to design and help bring to life exceptional digital experiences across both customer and employee journeys.

As a member of our enterprise UX team, you will engage in the full co-creative design process: you’ll work with stakeholders from the earliest discovery phases and use design-led methods to define how we understand problems, generate ideas, and deliver solutions.

You will contribute to strategy and collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders to ensure buy-in, alignment, and knowledge transfer across the organization, in order to improve and transform our products and experiences.

Work location: Montreal (2020 Robert-Bourassa Blvd.)

What You'll Do Here

  • Inform our strategy and innovation efforts by bringing data on customer and business needs through qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Translate research insights into actionable design solutions.
  • Produce CX/UX artifacts such as wireframes, service blueprints and process maps, and customer journeys to create a shared understanding of the experience across business areas.
  • Conduct user research: interviews with customers and stakeholders, focus groups, usability testing, shopping behavior studies, etc.
  • Contribute to a series of co-creation workshops to engage stakeholders and customers in designing customer-centric processes.
  • Develop wireframes, visual assets, and reports to communicate ideas, secure stakeholder buy-in and inspire teams at all levels—from peers to leadership.
  • Build prototypes to test and validate refinement solutions.
  • Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to support initiative rollout through experimentation, testing, and iteration based on learnings.
  • Show empathy for stakeholders and customers and guide them through the innovation process.

What You Bring To The Table

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in service design, design strategy, experience design, or user experience.
  • An analytical, curious, and creative mindset.
  • The ability to be proactive, work autonomously, and navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong listening skills; an effective communicator, engaging presenter, and compelling storyteller.
  • Ease in interacting at all levels of the organization, from peers to senior leadership.
  • A robust portfolio demonstrating your process for delivering user-centered design solutions.
  • Experience with usability and user-centered design practices and creative design.
  • Experience in facilitation, design research, and strategy.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Experience with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Axure, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Bilingualism (French and English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
  • No Canadian work experience required; however, must be eligible to work in Canada.
