We currently have a multiple, re-extendable, long term contract roles as a IT Bilingual Technician with our global consulting client, working onsite at large CPG client's office 3 days a week in Montreal. This is a 6 month contract initially, but will be extended long term.

Role Overview
We need 2 IT Technicians for our Win11 upgrade program
The IT technician provides on‑site and remote support to users. They ensure the proper functioning of the computer equipment and services supporting the plant's operations and collaborates with other IT teams and business users.
- the Desktop Support Technician is responsible for providing high‑quality technical support to users in Windows 10 and 11 environments. This role involves efficiently troubleshooting issues, installing and configuring workstations, and managing deployment.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential.
- The candidate must work on‑site 3 days per week and be bilingual (French and English).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for Windows 10 and 11 systems (diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair) to End‑users and to onsite IT technician.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and office software.
- Use Microsoft Intune and SCCM for deployment, management, and updates of devices.
- Manage incidents and requests through the ticketing system.
- Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve processes and enhance security.
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service, explaining technical solutions in user‑friendly terms.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to find solutions quickly.
- Proficiency in Windows 10 and 11 environments.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a team and manage priorities effectively.
- Mandatory bilingualism: French and English.
- Asset: experience with Active Directory, M365, and cybersecurity tools.
