Our client has a need for a Scrum Master

Position Details:

• Role: Scrum Master
• Level: Manager
• Start Date: looking to begin within Feb 2026
• End Date: End of 2026 / Early 2027
• Preferred Location: Montreal preferred, but other locations are fine as well
• Work model: Client site/Remote
• Travel: No travel if located in Montreal
• Language Requirements: Preferably English/French bilingual

Support to accelerate the migration of remaining complex clients to a new digital banking platform while leveraging expertise to enhance the efficiency of upcoming IT deployments.

• Lead and facilitate agile squads, ensuring adherence to Scrum and agile best practices
• Act as the primary Scrum Master for assigned squads, driving ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos)
• Remove impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies
• Partner closely with Product Owners, delivery leads, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes
• Coach teams on agile principles and continuous improvement
• Support delivery tracking, reporting, and overall squad performance

• Agile & Scrum Leadership: Strong experience operating as a Scrum Master within complex, large-scale agile environments
• Team Leadership: Proven experience leading and coaching delivery teams at the Manager level
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Delivery Management: Comfortable managing timelines, dependencies, and delivery risks across squads
• Certifications: Scrum Master certification

Must have Work Authorization for the Canada
