- Travel: No travel if located in Montreal
- Language Requirements: Preferably English/French bilingual
Primary Responsibilities:
Support to accelerate the migration of remaining complex clients to a new digital banking platform while leveraging expertise to enhance the efficiency of upcoming IT deployments.
- Lead and facilitate agile squads, ensuring adherence to Scrum and agile best practices
- Act as the primary Scrum Master for assigned squads, driving ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos)
- Remove impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies
- Partner closely with Product Owners, delivery leads, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes
- Coach teams on agile principles and continuous improvement
- Support delivery tracking, reporting, and overall squad performance
Experience / Skillset We're Looking For:
- Agile & Scrum Leadership: Strong experience operating as a Scrum Master within complex, large-scale agile environments
- Team Leadership: Proven experience leading and coaching delivery teams at the Manager level
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Delivery Management: Comfortable managing timelines, dependencies, and delivery risks across squads
- Certifications: Scrum Master certification
