Product Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to help shape our web-based ESG data management and reporting platform. You will play a meaningful role in defining intuitive, user-centered experiences that enable users to confidently work with complex, data-rich ESG workflows. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience translating complex, interconnected workflows into cohesive and intuitive customer journeys, supported by user-friendly interfaces that work elegantly across the product. Because our team collaborates daily across Montréal and global partner teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex problems and requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs for new features and enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design for web-based applications.
• Experience in SaaS products is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable influencing product decisions through design.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for data-heavy, reporting-focused platforms, or enterprise SaaS.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development principles.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
