Fullstack Developer

The Opportunity

We are looking for an Intermediate to Senior Full Stack Developer (Java / Angular) to support one of our major digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will help modernize and build scalable applications using Java, Angular, and cloud native architectures. You'll collaborate with cross functional teams, deliver high quality code, and contribute to solution design and best practice engineering.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain Angular front end applications and Java/Spring Boot microservices.
• Participate in the design of scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud ready solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clean, well structured technical implementations.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and development standards.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and system reliability.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams, collaborating with POs, BAs, and QA analysts.
• Support deployment and CI/CD activities within a modern DevOps environment.
• Engage in problem solving, technical brainstorming, and solution prototyping.

What You Bring to the Table

• 5-10 years of professional development experience (intermediate to senior level).
• Strong communication skills in English and French (spoken and written).
• Solid experience delivering full stack solutions in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, and a collaborative attitude.
• Ability to manage priorities and contribute to continuous improvement.

Core Skills Required

• Frontend: Angular (required)
• Cloud: Hands on experience with any major public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins/GitHub Actions/OpenShift (asset).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/SAFe practices.
