What you will accomplish with us

As a Social Media Student, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Manage and animate iA Financial Group’s TikTok and Instagram accounts.
• Create original, engaging content aligned with our brand image.
• Participate in video shoots by appearing comfortably on camera and embodying our distinctive tone.
• Produce creative edits tailored to social media platform trends.
• Collaborate with the team to develop campaign ideas and content series.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We are looking for someone who:

• Is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital media or any related field.
• Is available approximately 20 hours per week during the school term (daytime, Monday to Friday) and full-time during the summer.
• Is known for a bubbly, creative and proactive personality.
• Stands out for being comfortable both in front of and behind the camera.
• Demonstrates strong mastery of editing tools for TikTok and Instagram (CapCut, InShot, etc.).
• Holds an intermediate level of English, as the person will be required to consult English-language documentation, collaborate with English-only partners, produce video content for an English-speaking audience, and perform activities within a Canada-wide team on a daily basis.
• Is recognized for strong knowledge of social media trends and the ability to adapt them to our brand universe.
