Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

  • Coordinate all in-store events, including pop-up activations, brand-partner events, and elevated experiences
  • Serve as the primary in-store point of contact for all event stakeholders (sales team, Operations, Visual Merchandising, Brand Reps, external partners)
  • Ensure store readiness for each event, including setup, materials, equipment, F&B needs, guest experience, and post-event wrap-up
  • Maintain accountability for event execution quality and outcomes
  • Support brand partners and internal teams throughout event execution

Information Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Centralize incoming event information from multiple sources and translate it into clear action plans
  • Maintain structured documentation, trackers, calendars, and event tools
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and consistency
  • Ensure adherence to brand and merchandising standards during event setup

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Identify and propose improvements to event workflows, tools, communication processes, and store practices
  • Drive consistency and scale by simplifying processes and templates
  • Support store leadership by providing insights, feedback, and recommendations for better event outcomes

Hands-On Operational Support

  • Participate in physical setup and takedown of events
  • Safely lift, carry, or move items (up to 30lbs) such as boxes, chairs, tables, signage, or décor
  • Assist with small ladder tasks, visual placement, or minor on-floor adjustments

Skills And Experience You Will Need

  • Strong organizational and information-management skills (multitasking, prioritizing, attention to detail)
  • Ability to synthesize information into actionable, clear plans
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and external partners
  • High level of accountability and ownership over event results
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced luxury retail environment
  • Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends
  • Previous experience in events, retail, beauty, hospitality, or related environments
  • Hands-on operational experience in event execution
  • Experience coordinating F&B vendors or hospitality partners
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Basic visual sensitivity and respect for merchandising standards
  • Ability to safely lift up to 30lbs

30-day Milestones

  • Complete onboarding and learn end-to-end processes
  • Meet internal teams and brand/partner stakeholders
  • Understand and articulate Rennaï’s three tiers of events

60-day Milestones

  • Demonstrate increased independence in role
  • Own 360° preparation and execution for assigned events

90-day Milestones

  • Implement simplified and standardized event processes
  • Provide ongoing feedback to store leadership to optimize event expectations and results
