As an Event Coordinator, you will be the engine behind our global event presence—from high-energy industry trade shows to engaging virtual webinars. If you love the "puzzle" of logistics, and want to represent a brand that is at the heart of the interactive audio industry, we want to hear from you.
This is a one (1) year contract opportunity.
What will you do?
- Strategic Roadmap: Own the global events and sponsorships calendar, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on messaging and goals.
- End-to-End Orchestration: Plan and execute a high-stakes portfolio—from massive industry trade shows and conferences to intimate community gatherings and digital webinars.
- Logistics Mastery: Act as the primary lead for all vendor relationships. You'll handle the "heavy lifting" of booth registrations, international shipping, A/V setups, travel, and on-site filming with precision.
- Budget Mastery: Manage event budgets with an owner's mindset, ensuring every dollar is spent effectively while overseeing the full lifecycle of invoicing and payments.
- Creative Programming: When the occasion calls for it, step into a producer role to develop compelling agendas and event programming that resonate with our target audiences.
- Champion Brand Integrity: Ensure our visual and sonic identity is world-class and consistent across every touchpoint.
- Community Cultivation: Actively engage with community partners to strengthen relationships and foster participation.
- Fuel Growth: Collaborate with our CRM team to manage new connections and leads, ensuring every event contributes to our community's growth.
- Analyze and Evolve: Conduct post-event evaluations to share actionable insights, helping us continuously improve how we show up for our industry.
What you bring to the team
- Experience in managing global trade shows, webinars, and large-scale logistics.
- You enjoy juggling complex timelines and have a proactive approach to troubleshooting challenges on the fly.
- A proactive, can-do spirit that stays calm and troubleshoots logistical curveballs on the fly.
- Sharp written and verbal skills for negotiating with vendors, but also able to build relationships with diverse partners and internal teams alike.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and the ability to travel domestically and internationally to support key events throughout the year.
- Comfortable navigating CRMs and project management tools to keep the engine running.
