Role Overview
The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for configuring, enhancing, and integrating ServiceNow modules to support enterprise digital initiatives. The role focuses on workspace configuration, Employee Center migration, CSDM alignment, and system integrations to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
Scope of Work / Initiatives (Planned This Year)

Digital Product Release (DPR) Workspace
Configure and enhance workflows for release management and reporting

Employee Center Migration
Transition existing portals to Employee Center for improved user experience

ServiceNow–Apptio Integration
Integrate Apptio for Service Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reporting

CSDM Re-alignment
Assess and realign CMDB data model to CSDM standards

Azure DevOps (ADO) Integration
Implement bi-directional integration to streamline development workflows
Required Qualifications
4–6 years of ServiceNow development experience
Strong expertise in Workspaces, Employee Center, ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and Glide API
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs)
Essential Skills
ServiceNow platform development and configuration
Workflow and process automation
CMDB and CSDM data modeling
Integration development and troubleshooting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Desirable Skills
Experience with Apptio integrations
Knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO)
