Overview

Point 1 Displays is looking for a talented designer to join our team! We specialize in designing and manufacturing both temporary and permanent product merchandising displays that are to be placed in the retail market for some of the top brand names across the country. We are looking for the right person to join our Design Group based in Montreal. Do you have a creative approach to merchandising products? Can you design a display that is efficient and easily executable? The candidate we are looking for will be tasked with both the conception as well as the structural aspects of a display.

Responsibilities

• Conceive and design product displays with an emphasis on efficiency and ease of execution.
• Address both the conception and the structural aspects of displays for manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Must be located in Montreal
• Must have good knowledge of AutoCad and experience working with corrugated cardboard as well as different permanent materials such as plastic, wood, and metal
• Knowledge of factory manufacturing and interest in product marketing an asset
• Ideal candidate is someone who graduated with a BAC in Industrial Design or equivalent. Alternatively, the candidate has a strong background in the Packaging Industry
