Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned and bilingual IT Executive to serve as our EVP IT, responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s enterprise technology strategy. This role will lead core systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives, while driving data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, executive presence, and hands-on experience translating technology strategy into results in a fast-evolving, mid-sized organization.
This will be an onsite role in the beginning. Once you are settled in and established, the role can move to a hybrid model.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own the enterprise technology landscape, including core systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and the long-term technology roadmap
- Stabilize, optimize, and modernize existing IT environments while enabling business transformation and innovation
- Drive digital initiatives and leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to maximize operational efficiency and value
- Provide executive-level IT leadership within hybrid environments (cloud and on-prem), ensuring strong governance and risk management
- Deliver complex transformation programs, aligning technology strategy with business objectives
- Act as a trusted strategic partner at the executive leadership table, translating vision into actionable plans
- Foster an entrepreneurial, agile approach to technology leadership in a fast-paced, evolving organization
Key Qualifications
- 15 to 18+ years of progressive IT leadership, including CIO, EVP IT, or Head of Technology roles
- Bilingualism: English and French
- Proven experience leading enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT governance
- Demonstrated success in hybrid technology environments (cloud and on-prem)
- Strong track record delivering large-scale digital, automation, and transformation initiatives
- Experience enabling data-driven decision-making across organizations
- Executive presence with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in mid-sized, fast-growing, or rapidly evolving organizations preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the agility to lead in a dynamic, high-change environment
Base Salary + bonus (up to 30% of base salary)
