Analyste en intelligence d’affaires (Business Intelligence Analyst)
Nous recherchons un(e) analyste en intelligence d’affaires proactif(ve) et axé(e) sur le service à la clientèle afin de fournir des rapports exacts, opportuns et exploitables à l’échelle de l’organisation. Ce rôle joue un rôle clé dans le soutien des opérations de production de rapports, la collaboration avec les parties prenantes et la modernisation des capacités analytiques grâce à Power BI, à l’automatisation et aux perspectives appuyées par l’IA.
What You’ll Do
Reporting Operations
- Gérer la boîte de réception du portail de rapports BI avec une communication proactive et une gestion claire des attentes
- Produire des rapports récurrents quotidiens, hebdomadaires, mensuels et trimestriels avec exactitude et constance
- Prioriser et livrer les demandes ponctuelles de données et de rapports
- Maintenir et améliorer les rapports SSRS et soutenir la migration vers des tableaux de bord Power BI
- Maintenir les listes de distribution et les paramètres de livraison planifiée
- Assurer le traitement rapide des demandes urgentes, des exceptions et des rapports liés à la conformité
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour recueillir, documenter et clarifier les exigences de reporting
- Traduire les besoins commerciaux en solutions de reporting et de tableau de bord alignées sur les meilleures pratiques
- Fournir des conseils sur les définitions de données, les indicateurs et les processus de reporting en termes clairs et accessibles
- Agir en tant que conseiller de confiance en offrant un service client de haute qualité et en établissant des relations de travail solides
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics
- Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience using SSRS and Power BI
- Experience working with recurring and ad-hoc reporting in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to balance operational reporting responsibilities with project-based work
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences
- Collaborative mindset with a continuous-improvement and modernization focus
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
Preferable Skills & Experience
- Experience migrating SSRS reports to Power BI Service
- Exposure to Databricks or similar cloud data platforms
- Experience with Python and/or R for analytics or automation
- Familiarity with ETL concepts, data warehousing, and cloud analytics architectures
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow enablement or light applications
- Experience using MS Access
- Background in data governance, metadata management, or data quality initiatives
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or AI-assisted analytics workflows

Summary
We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Business Intelligence Analyst to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable reporting across the organization. This role plays a key part in supporting reporting operations, partnering with stakeholders, and modernizing analytics through Power BI, automation, and AI-enabled insights.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the BI report portal inbox with proactive communication and clear expectation-setting
- Deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly recurring reports with accuracy and consistency
- Prioritize and fulfill ad-hoc data and reporting requests
- Maintain and enhance SSRS reports and support migration to Power BI dashboards
- Maintain distribution lists and scheduled delivery configurations
- Ensure timely handling of urgent requests, exceptions, and compliance-driven reporting
Business & Functional Analysis
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify reporting requirements
- Translate business needs into reporting and dashboard solutions aligned with best practices
- Provide guidance on data definitions, metrics, and reporting processes in clear, business-friendly terms
- Act as a trusted advisor by delivering high-quality customer service and building strong working relationships
Data Analysis & Quality
- Validate, troubleshoot, and ensure accuracy of data used in reports and dashboards
- Analyze trends, variances, and key drivers to support deeper business insights
- Perform root-cause analysis to identify and resolve data issues
- Contribute to improvements in data quality, standards, and governance practices
AI, Automation & Innovation
- Leverage AI tools for summarization, insight extraction, and enhanced reporting workflows
- Support process automation using Python, R, Databricks, or cloud-based workflows
- Help expand self-service analytics capabilities and promote data literacy
- Identify opportunities to streamline and modernize reporting through automation and AI

The incumbent will support internal and/or external clients outside of Quebec and/or in the United States on a daily basis. Therefore, this position requires proficiency in English, both written and spoken. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
