Analyste principal.e, bureau du CIO

RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE

Le Bureau du CIO constitue la colonne vertébrale opérationnelle de la fonction TI mondiale de notre client. Le titulaire du poste soutient le Directeur dans la gestion quotidienne des opérations financières TI : gestion budgétaire, suivi des fournisseurs et production de rapports financiers. L’Analyste principal.e prend en charge l’exécution opérationnelle de ces responsabilités et contribue aux travaux de conception liés aux modèles financiers et aux composantes du modèle opérationnel—une base solide pour évoluer vers des rôles plus senior.

RESPONSABILITÉS

• Assurer la discipline financière au sein de l’organisation TI mondiale, en coordonnant la gestion budgétaire et l’imputabilité financière entre les unités d’affaires et les régions.
• Construire et maintenir la trame narrative financière pour les présentations exécutives du Bureau du CIO, incluant les revues de direction, approbations budgétaires et arbitrages d’investissement.
• Contribuer à la conception et à l’amélioration des modèles financiers TI : répartition des coûts, centres d’excellence, services partagés, cadres de financement.
• Contribuer à la conception et à la documentation des composantes du modèle opérationnel TI : structures de gouvernance, cadres d’imputabilité, clarté des rôles, conception organisationnelle.

EXIGENCES

• Baccalauréat en administration, finance, gestion TI ou domaine connexe; MBA un atout.
• 5 ans d'expérience en opérations financières TI — Gestion de budget, gestion fournisseurs, rapports financiers, etc.
• Expérience en gestion des fournisseurs, approvisionnement ou négociation contractuelle : atout.
• Connaissance des systèmes financiers et plateformes de reporting.
• Exécution opérationnelle : autonome, orienté résultats, suit les dossiers jusqu’à leur résolution.
• Bon jugement pour escalader les enjeux ou les résoudre de façon indépendante.
• Communication claire, directe et structurée en français et en anglais.
• Bilinguisme requis (français/anglais) pour des communications quotidiennes hors Québec.
• Hybride 4 jours au bureau.

Senior Analyst, Office of the CIO

JOB SUMMARY

The Office of the CIO serves as the operational backbone of our client’s global IT function. This role supports the Director in the execution of day-to-day IT financial operations, including budget management, vendor oversight, and financial reporting. The Senior Analyst owns operational execution across these areas and contributes to design work related to financial models and operating model components, building a foundation for future senior roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive financial discipline across the global IT organization by coordinating budget management and accountability across business units and regions.
• Build and maintain the financial storyline for OCIO executive presentations, supporting briefings, budget approvals, and investment prioritization.
• Support the design and refinement of IT financial models (chargebacks, centers of excellence, shared services, funding frameworks).
• Contribute to the design and documentation of operating model components, including governance structures, accountability frameworks, role clarity, and organizational design.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT management, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5 years experience in IT financial operations—budget management, vendor oversight, and financial reporting.
• Experience with vendor management, procurement, or contract negotiation is an asset.
• Familiarity with financial systems and reporting platforms.
• Operational executor: drives outcomes with minimal guidance and closes loops fully.
• Good judgment on when to escalate versus resolve independently.
• Bilingual (French/English) required for daily communications.
• Crisp, direct, and efficient communication in both English and French.
• Hybrid – 4 days in the office.
