Business Development Representative (BDR)

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and engage operations and maintenance leaders via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Make 75–100 outbound calls per day
  • Run discovery conversations and qualify opportunities
  • Generate pipeline and deliver high-quality meetings to AEs

Who You Are

  • Comfortable picking up the phone and creating opportunities from scratch
  • Competitive, coachable, and motivated by performance
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to move fast

Bonus
