Business Development Representative (BDR)
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage operations and maintenance leaders via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Make 75–100 outbound calls per day
- Run discovery conversations and qualify opportunities
- Generate pipeline and deliver high-quality meetings to AEs
Who You Are
- Comfortable picking up the phone and creating opportunities from scratch
- Competitive, coachable, and motivated by performance
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to move fast
Bonus
- Cold calling or outbound sales experience
- Startup or high-growth environment exposure
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.
