YOUR ROLE:

We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to support our Social Media team with day-to-day execution, coordination and content operations across multiple high-impact brands. Reporting directly to the Head of Social Media, this role plays a critical support function across the moving parts of social media, supporting content execution, creator coordination and platform workflows across channels.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, has a sharp eye for detail and is deeply tapped into digital culture. You’ll support content preparation, creator coordination, scheduling and performance tracking while working closely with creative, production and marketing partners. The ideal candidate brings energy, cultural fluency and a strong sense of ownership to everything they touch.

This is a hands-on, execution-driven role for someone eager to grow and make an impact in a fast-moving social media environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordination & Publishing Support

  • Oversee day-to-day content execution for assigned brand accounts and/or creator platforms, from planning through publishing, with strong attention to captions, tagging, formatting and scheduling.
  • Assist in preparing social content for publishing, including resizing, cropping, tagging, formatting and light edits.
  • Upload and schedule posts across platforms with accuracy in captions, metadata, tagging and formatting.
  • Assist in maintaining posting calendars, schedules and publishing queues.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign timelines and platform requirements.
  • If/when required, assist with day-to-day community engagement and monitoring.

Creator & Talent Coordination

  • Coordinate communication(s) with creators and talent regarding content needs, approvals, asset delivery, tagging and collaborations, usage confirmations and posting timelines.
  • Help coordinate UGC submissions, cross-promotion windows and content delivery schedules.
  • Track approvals, posting status and creator deliverables using shared documents or tracking tools.

Asset & Creative Operations Support

  • Organize, label and manage social assets; flag missing or late content.
  • Assist in coordinating content needs tied to shoots, events, launches and tentpole moments.
  • Participate in brainstorms and planning sessions to support content ideation and trend-aligned execution.

Insights & Reporting Support

  • Assist with tracking weekly performance metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions and post volume.
  • Help identify top-performing posts, formats or trends to share with the social team.
  • Contribute data and observations to internal reports and recaps.
  • Monitor platform updates and social trends to help inform future content planning.

YOU:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting or coordinating social media for entertainment, lifestyle or culture-forward brands.
  • Familiarity with major platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X and creator social media content platforms.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adjust tone by brand and per platform.
  • Highly organized with experience using shared documents, content calendars and scheduling tools.
  • Solid awareness of trends, memes, creator culture and fan ecosystem behavior.
  • Experience with social media management, publishing and analytics platforms such as Sprout, Sprinklr, Later, Buffer, Dash Social, etc.
  • Strong familiarity utilizing collaborative documents (Google Sheets, Docs, Smartsheets, Monday Boards, etc.).
  • Basic hands-on experience editing short form video in CapCut, Adobe (Photoshop, Premiere or After Effects).
  • Ability to navigate high volume, fast-paced digital environments with clarity and composure.
