My client is looking to hire Senior Director, Development. This role will see you execute the comprehensive development lifecycle for large-scale data center infrastructure campuses. This executive role oversees the transition from land procurement to final site activation, directing massive-scale projects and navigating complex partnerships with external stakeholders.

Core Duties

• Orchestrate regional expansion strategies, financial planning, and delivery schedules.
• Direct the navigation of multi-level regulatory landscapes and land-use approvals.
• Cultivate high-level alliances with local government officials and utility providers.
• Provide owner’s representation for technical design, engineering, and build phases.
• Design procurement frameworks for critical power, thermal management, and civil works.
• Lead a team of delivery managers to hit performance targets and budget milestones.

Candidate Background

• Over 10 years of experience in heavy mission critical or data center development.
• 5+ years in a senior capacity managing multifaceted portfolios.
• Practical understanding of critical facility power, HVAC, and site-specific zoning laws.
• Degree in a technical or business field (Advanced degree or MBA highly valued).
