Qualifications & Skills

• Major: 4 to 7 years experience as a DevOps engineer; Extensive experience with Linux; Extensive experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes; Experience with Self-hosted Kubernetes clusters administration; GCP or AWS cloud experience; Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tooling; Experience with Python / Bash scripting
• Moderate: Experience with observability tools; Experience with CI/CD
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills; Strong communication skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage Kubernetes clusters (self-hosted or cloud-based)
• Implement and maintenance infrastructure in the cloud
• Managing Linux servers, web servers and application servers
• Configuration management (puppet, ansible)
• Manage Infrastructure as a code (terraform/terragrunt)
• Troubleshooting

Education

• IT professional certifications are not required, but it will be a plus: Kubernetes (CKA, CKS), Google Cloud Platform or AWS, HashiCorp (Terraform Associate, Vault Associate), Linux (LFCS, LFCE, RHCSA, RHCE), Puppet or Ansible certifications

$100,000 - $150,000 a year Annual salary + bonus. Salary varies depending on experience level and location.
