The Role

The Social Media Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing the company’s social media strategy across key channels for Couche‑Tard and Circle K (CT/CK) including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and any future platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Understand, monitor, and report social media analytics: track key metrics, present insights, evaluate content performance via Google Analytics, conduct social listening and competitive analysis, and communicate findings in French and English.
• Schedule, coordinate, and distribute content: maintain a monthly calendar, use Sprinklr to schedule national content, repurpose and create new content, write briefs for national campaigns, and assist Business Units with localized support.
• Influencer/Creator Management and Content Development: work with agency partners on influencer collaborations, coordinate filming logistics, and produce high‑quality French and English content (infographics, videos, etc.).
• Social Media Engagement Management: maintain a consistent tone of voice, run social giveaways, support community management, and manage ongoing content maintenance on active channels.
• National Marketing Campaign Support: assist with national campaign initiatives, asset development, and presentation building.

What You’ll Need

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in social media marketing with proven success; knowledge of advertising platforms (Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, YouTube Ads Manager); experience with Sprinklr; familiarity with Google Analytics and internal reporting tools.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, project‑management, attention‑to‑detail, and time‑management skills; creative problem‑solving; adaptability; integrity, autonomy, and self‑motivation; knowledge of Microsoft Platforms; experience with Adobe Suite and Canva.
• Language skills: Bilingual – Advanced French and English, both spoken and written.
