Work location: Hybrid (Office in Westmount, Quebec, 10-minute walk from Vendôme Metro)

Nous recherchons actuellement un Marketing Manager stratégique et dynamique pour rejoindre notre équipe. Le Marketing Manager sera essentiel pour façonner nos stratégies marketing, accroître la notoriété de la marque et améliorer l'engagement des clients. Le candidat retenu possédera des compétences en communication et en leadership efficaces, ainsi qu'une capacité démontrée à s'adapter rapidement aux tendances du marché en évolution.

Role and responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies marketing pour accroître la notoriété de la marque, stimuler l'acquisition et la fidélisation des partenaires de vente au détail, et favoriser la fidélité des patients.
• Campaign Management: Diriger le processus créatif et gérer des campagnes intégrées à travers les canaux (B2B et B2B2C), y compris le numérique, les médias sociaux, l'impression et les événements.
• Team Management: Fournir leadership, mentorat et orientation à l'équipe marketing pour favoriser la créativité, la collaboration et l'excellence.
• Communication: Comprendre et représenter les personas des patients et des professionnels de la santé pour garantir que les messages soient précis et percutants.
• Industry Trends: Surveiller les développements de l'industrie et le paysage concurrentiel pour informer la prise de décision stratégique.
• Results Monitoring: Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance des campagnes pour optimiser l'efficacité et favoriser l'amélioration continue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field. MBA or Master’s degree is an asset.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Experience leading a marketing team is an asset.
• Bilingual in English and French; all communications and marketing deliverables target accounts across and outside of Quebec.
• Collaborative mindset with willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute tactically as well as strategically.
• Ability to create high-end, visually appealing designs that reflect good taste and sophistication.
• Results-oriented with ownership of responsibilities.
• Experience working in a small team or company is an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work both in a team and independently.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience in cosmetics, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries is a plus.
