Our top client has a long-term contract to hire for a Level 1-2 IT Technician position to work onsite in Brossard, Quebec, Canada.

This is a bilingual position; the consultant must speak French and English to assist clients.

Must have reliable transportation between Brossard and Montreal offices.

This work supports government departments, so appropriate work authorization is required.

The IT Service Center is seeking an experienced Technician who will occasionally provide local service at our Brossard and Montreal offices.

Responsabilités

  • Provide technical support to internal users and business partners.
  • Independently diagnose, analyze, document, investigate, and/or resolve problems, with strong resourcefulness.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of workstations, execute software deployments, and manage rights (security groups, etc.).
  • Provide support for the Office 365 environment and offer technological guidance to promote optimal use.
  • Provide support for Teams Rooms.
  • Manage the optimization of our Apple mobile devices: iPads and iPhones.
  • Prepare and install various IT equipment.
  • Participate in technology projects.

Exigences

  • Hold a DEC or DEP in IT or relevant experience.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support for corporate users.
  • Good communication and writing skills (bilingual English/French written and spoken).
  • Must be available for emergency calls (outside of office hours) depending on operational needs.
  • Experience in the Office 365 environment.
  • Knowledge of using an ITSM platform.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and stress.
  • Quick learner.
  • Highly autonomous, cooperative, and customer-oriented.
