Position Responsibilities

  • Build connections: Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors and key internal partners.
  • Plan for success: Contribute to the annual territory business plan and help execute it.
  • Be the go-to resource: Prepare reports, fund proposals, and provide guidance on policies and regulations.
  • Own the details: Schedule meetings, manage budgets, and coordinate weekly team sessions.
  • Lead events: From planning to execution, organize impactful advisor and industry events.
  • Drive marketing: Manage email campaigns, track results, and keep communication flowing.
  • Collaborate: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • You’re a problem solver, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • You communicate clearly, work well in a team, and stay cool under pressure.
  • A passion for learning and growing in the wealth management space.
  • Bilingual (French & English) is required - The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CSC or IFIC certification (an asset).
  • Experience in mutual funds or financial planning (an asset).
  • You’re tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, and ideally familiar with Salesforce and SAP Concur.
