The Tech Cloud Lead DevOps is responsible for analyzing, implementing, and evolving cloud infrastructures in Azure. They drive the DevOps strategy, automation through IaC (Infrastructure as Code), and the adoption of best practices in security, agility, and governance. This role requires advanced technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to orchestrate complex projects in collaboration with multiple teams.

Main Responsibilities :

• Plan and prioritize strategic and operational activities
• Deploy and promote Agile, IaC, and DevSecOps practices
• Ensure alignment with data, security, management, and executive teams
• Conduct technology studies in Azure to optimize solutions
• Support the continuous evolution of Azure cloud infrastructure
• Contribute to strategic projects

Requirements :

• 9–11 years of experience as a DevOps professional
• Mastery of CI / CD concepts and tools: Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines
• Design hubs and spokes in Azure
• Expertise in IaC: Bicep, Terraform, PowerShell
• Study and plan the migration of IaC automation platforms (Bicep and Azure DevOps)
• Azure identity and governance management
• Deployment and management of Azure resources
• Leadership: Ability to manage a team and influence stakeholders

Assets :

• Ansible, CLI
• Define and implement network and application architecture
• Implement cybersecurity controls (IAM, network, infrastructure)
• Expertise in virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V)
