Role Overview
Syntax is a leading Managed Cloud Provider for mission‑critical enterprise applications, delivering extensive technology solutions worldwide. The SAP Functional Integration Architect will lead and ensure high‑integrity, standardized SAP solutions across integrated and cross‑functional considerations of the ERP system.
Responsibilities
- Oversight and solution architecture for end‑to‑end processes and functional solutions
- Management of integration points through an integration strategy
- Coordinate cross‑functional activities (e.g., solution playbacks, cutover), create cross‑functional work products and templates, and coordinate system integration testing
- Manage functional streams, produce templates and standards, review quality and consistency, provide detailed input to the PMO for risk mitigation, issue management, and cross‑stream decision analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years of SAP experience across multiple modules
- General knowledge of end‑to‑end business processes: Record to Report, Contract to Cash, Logistics, Demand to Supply, Source to Pay, Data Migration, Testing, Security, Infrastructure, Development, Change Management, and Project Management
- Experience as Integration Manager for large‑scale full life‑cycle SAP implementations or as Team Lead on several engagements
- Proven track record implementing SAP best practices
- Experience with S/4HANA (preferably 1610 and higher releases) and Fiori exposure
- Excellent communication and management consulting skills
- Ability to work in USA and Canada – no sponsorship provided
