What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

Moderate and respond to comments across clients' social channels using their unique brand voice

Write engaging content to spark conversations and drive community engagement

Ensure online communities remain safe, respectful, and in line with client guidelines

Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team as necessary

Understand and become an extension of clients’ brands, adapting tone and strategy accordingly

What is Required (Qualifications) :

High-level proficiency in English AND French with strong cultural awareness

Exceptional written communication skills in both English and French

Legal authorization to work in Canada and residence within the country

Availability to work any shift, any day, including weekends

Professional experience in managing social media platforms, particularly in moderation and engagement

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

Familiarity with various social media platforms and their functionalities

Strong interest in content related to technology, retail, food, or hospitality and tourism

Proven organizational skills and reliability in a remote work setting

Active Facebook account for moderation purposes
