What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Moderate and respond to comments across clients' social channels using their unique brand voice
  • Write engaging content to spark conversations and drive community engagement
  • Ensure online communities remain safe, respectful, and in line with client guidelines
  • Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team as necessary
  • Understand and become an extension of clients’ brands, adapting tone and strategy accordingly
  • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • High-level proficiency in English AND French with strong cultural awareness
  • Exceptional written communication skills in both English and French
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada and residence within the country
  • Availability to work any shift, any day, including weekends
  • Professional experience in managing social media platforms, particularly in moderation and engagement
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and their functionalities
  • Strong interest in content related to technology, retail, food, or hospitality and tourism
  • Proven organizational skills and reliability in a remote work setting
  • Active Facebook account for moderation purposes
