About the Position

We are looking for an Analyst Programmer to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Information Systems, the candidate will contribute to the ongoing improvement of the company's business processes by developing, maintaining, and evolving the applications that support our activities. The role requires both analytical skills and a strong technical background. Versatile, the candidate will leverage experience with databases, development, and applications to provide creative solutions when analysing business needs expressed by internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

• Contribute to the technical assessment of business needs expressed by internal stakeholders from various OPAL-RT departments.
• Implement solutions, deploy, and validate developments within enterprise applications.
• Maintain and improve software and integrations between enterprise applications.
• Coordinate work with external partners when necessary, especially for website maintenance and upgrades.
• Structure and further develop the data warehouse.
• Provide support to employees on deployed applications.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to apply best practices.

Required Knowledge

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills

• MS Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Fabric, Dataverse.
• MS Office 365, MS Dynamics 365 (Sales Enterprise, Customer Service, Business Central).
• Scripts (PowerShell, Python), REST API, Postman.
• SQL databases (TransactSQL).
• Languages: C# (.NET), JavaScript (Angular, Node.js).
• Development environment: Azure DevOps, Git, Visual Studio.

Assets

• Azure LogicApps, Application Insights.
• Applications: eOne SmartConnect, Jira / Confluence, Quotewerks.
• Website development (WordPress, PHP).
• Agile methodology.

Language Skills

French is required. Knowledge of English is required for reading technical literature available only in English and for communicating with English-speaking partners.
