Job Title : Python Developer

Experience Required : 7+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development : Design, develop, and test Python-based applications for business needs such as credit risk assessment, trading platforms, and data pipelines.
• API Development : Build and integrate APIs to connect with other systems and enhance data intelligence.
• Data Analysis and Reporting : Conduct data analysis, create reports, and implement data-driven solutions.
• Risk Management : Develop and maintain Python applications for credit risk assessment and collaborate with risk teams.
• Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and other developers to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Technical Design and Implementation : Contribute to technical design and solution implementation, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business strategies.
• Code Review and Mentorship : Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain code quality standards.
• Agile Methodologies : Utilize Agile project management practices for efficient delivery.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization : Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness, including monitoring and optimizing database queries and system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Python programming expertise.
• Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and database optimization.
• Familiarity with credit risk or financial applications is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
