Production Supervisor

Evening Shift Production Supervisor - Plastics Manufacturing - Saint-Hubert, QC

Hello, I'm Jérémy Dupeuble, Recruitment Advisor at FED ManuTech, specializing in engineering and manufacturing talent placement. We are currently seeking an Evening Shift Production Supervisor to join a Quebec-based manufacturing company.

Your Role

Reporting to the Plant Director, you will oversee all production operations during the evening shift. You will assign tasks to staff, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with quality and health-safety standards. You will work closely with Quality Control to rebuild trust and maintain product integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and respectful work environment for all employees.
• Supervise and support the production team daily.
• Monitor employee performance and plan training as needed.
• Ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.
• Analyze quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and applicable ISO standards.
• Achieve production targets and plant KPIs.

Your Profile

• DEC or equivalent relevant education.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Technical knowledge of injection molding and ISO standards is an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong leadership skills and ability to engage teams.
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Working Conditions

• Salary: CAD 80,000-90,000 per year, plus performance-based bonus.
• Evening shift: approx. 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
• Permanent, full-time position.
