Your Role

As part of a dedicated, professional team, you will provide services to clients and members regarding defined benefit pension plan administration. Your responsibilities will allow you to utilize your analytical skills daily and flourish in a stimulating career.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as manager in the client accounts department
  • Plan work related to pension plan administration
  • Supervise and verify work
  • Monitor progress of tasks and projects
  • Train and coach team members
  • Support the team in special projects
  • Prepare and track the budget
  • Build client satisfaction by listening and responding to needs
  • Suggest process improvements
  • Develop new business contacts and agreements, and help develop new markets

Core Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, administration, actuarial science, or related field
  • Exceptional team spirit
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Well-organized and resourceful
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Highly developed customer service skills
  • Excellent spoken and written French; bilingualism is an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
