The Business Intelligence Partner plays a central role in understanding the company’s internal and external challenges. They are responsible for producing in-depth analyses, developing relevant performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring market trends, and identifying growth opportunities. This role directly contributes to strategic decision-making and the continuous improvement of operations.
Your Mission
Market Research (60–75%)
Conduct in-depth market studies (both quantitative and qualitative), particularly related to the cinema industry.
- Perform continuous market monitoring: trends, competitors, innovations, risks, and opportunities.
- Identify business, partnership, and diversification opportunities.
- Develop creative solutions to business challenges, including creating financial models that support decision-making.
Develop, track, and optimize KPIs aligned with business objectives.
Create dashboards to support leadership in decision-making.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI).
Contribute to sales forecasting and the definition of targets.
Update sales reports and performance tracking tools.
Deepen analyses based on performance, market, or product issues and provide recommendations.
Provide analytical support for various corporate projects and teams.
Assist in preparing presentations.
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial planning processes.
Your DNA
- University degree in Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
- Experience in the cinema market or a related industry.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of market research and competitive analysis methods.
- Strategic mindset, intellectual curiosity, and rigor.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
