Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales opportunities and participate in the development of the production plan.
  • Maintain and adjust the production plan based on sales forecasts, factory capacity, and raw material lead times.
  • Determine manufacturing priorities and work order requirements.
  • Ensure that the necessary materials are available for production (Clear to build).
  • Communicate daily with other departments and management to report delays and schedule adjustments.
  • Provide accurate commitment dates to internal requesters.
  • Maintain and optimize planning parameters in the ERP system.
  • Be able to develop planning tools.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in integrated ERP and Excel systems (advanced).
  • Ability to work rigorously while maintaining a flexible and proactive approach.
  • Leadership and strong priority management skills.
  • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in a high-tech or telecommunications company (asset).
  • College diploma (DEC) or a bachelor's degree in operations management (asset).
