For over 30 years, Bingo Servi-Jeux has been producing custom bingo cards, break-open (pull-tab) tickets, dabbers, and a full range of bingo accessories. We proudly serve customers across Canada and the United States: bingo halls, distributors, campgrounds, senior residences, fundraising groups, casinos, radio stations, cruise lines, and more!
We’re looking for
A Customer Service Representative who is professional, organized, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
What you’ll do
- Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, in person)
- Provide product information (bingo cards, pull-tabs, dabbers, accessories)
- Enter and track orders (production, shipping, invoicing)
- Offer basic product support
- Maintain customer records in the CRM
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and administration teams
What you bring
- Experience in customer service
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with computers and CRM systems
- Bilingual English / French
- Knowledge of the bingo or gaming industry is a bonus
