We are seeking a motivated and dynamic trainee who will gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands-on rotations in various departments. The program is structured to develop leadership skills and prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Rotate through departments, immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
- Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
- Participate in professional development, including Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or will obtain within six months).
- Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license for operating a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
Preferred
- Co-op or internship experience in a customer-service, sales, production, or administrative role.
- Major in business or a related academic field.
- Leadership or management role on campus or through extracurricular activities.
- Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.
