Program Manager – Aftermarket Products & Services

Join Bombardier to lead innovative aftermarket products and services for our business aircraft. In this role, you will work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to develop, launch, and grow cutting‑edge solutions that enhance the competitive position of Bombardier.

Key Contributions

  • Investigate new technologies applicable to business aircraft in the aftermarket.
  • Use Agile methodology to prioritize projects and streamline time‑to‑market.
  • Define and implement product improvements to aircraft systems (avionics, cabin interiors, connectivity).
  • Provide deep technical insight on Bombardier and competitor products and services.
  • Become the reference for key aircraft systems and emerging technologies.
  • Own and lead initiatives, program‑managing from start to finish the development of new products and services in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
  • Develop and implement company‑wide go‑to‑market plans that maximize market impact.
  • Work with engineering specialists, industrial designers, and partners to develop technology roadmaps.
  • Support negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable conditions for owned initiatives.
  • Organize and support customer feedback activities through focus groups, trade shows, surveys, etc.
  • Support sales activities by providing deep technical product knowledge.

How to Thrive

  • Engineering degree with 8–10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Robust technical understanding of aircraft connectivity, avionics, cabin interiors, and other aircraft systems.
  • Deep understanding of the business‑aircraft aftermarket (mods, upgrades, parts, services).
  • Prior experience in program management, product strategy, or market analysis.
  • Business degree is a strong asset.
  • A passion for the aviation industry, particularly business jets.
  • Ability to manage initiatives of a technical, financial, marketing, and general business nature.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Influence and work effectively with limited formal authority.
  • Acute critical and strategic thinking with a taste for in‑depth analysis.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit that challenges the status quo.
  • Dedication to 100% quality.
  • Strong oral and written English; functional French communication skills are desired.
