Webisoft is a leading development studio specializing in web, Web3, and AI solutions. We’re looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join our growing and dynamic team in downtown Montreal.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for calling leads, qualifying opportunities, and moving prospects through the sales funnel. You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to help identify client needs, nurture relationships, and support the closing of new business opportunities.

This is a hybrid position (a few days a week in the office).

Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with inbound and outbound leads to qualify potential clients.
  • Identify key decision‑makers and assess client needs to determine fit with Webisoft’s services.
  • Schedule discovery meetings and demos for senior sales representatives and project leads.
  • Maintain accurate lead and opportunity information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve lead conversion.
  • Support ongoing relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Contribute to weekly team meetings and share feedback on lead quality and outreach strategies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a confident phone presence.
  • Highly motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working toward sales goals.
  • Organized and detail‑oriented with good time management skills.
  • Curious about technology, startups, and digital innovation (Web3 or AI interest is a plus).
  • Comfortable learning and using CRM and sales tools (Odoo).
  • Eligible to work from downtown Montreal.
  • Bilingual in English and French.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience in a sales, business development, or customer service role (internships included).
  • Familiarity with tech or SaaS sales environments.
  • Understanding of Web3, AI, or software development services.
  • Experience with outreach or lead‑generation tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
