Who We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual (FR / EN), but comfortable working primarily in English
  • Based in or near Montréal and thrive in a hybrid environment
  • Driven and coachable, eager to build a long-term SaaS sales career
  • Organized, disciplined, and curious, with strong communication skills
  • Familiar with HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator (asset, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Research, segment, and engage prospects aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Book discovery meetings for Account Executives and ensure smooth handoff
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales Ops to refine messaging and targeting
  • Maintain accurate activity records and performance metrics in HubSpot
  • Experiment, learn, and continuously improve outreach strategies
