Who We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (FR / EN), but comfortable working primarily in English
- Based in or near Montréal and thrive in a hybrid environment
- Driven and coachable, eager to build a long-term SaaS sales career
- Organized, disciplined, and curious, with strong communication skills
- Familiar with HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator (asset, not required)
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Research, segment, and engage prospects aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Book discovery meetings for Account Executives and ensure smooth handoff
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales Ops to refine messaging and targeting
- Maintain accurate activity records and performance metrics in HubSpot
- Experiment, learn, and continuously improve outreach strategies
