C# Developer
Context
The IT division is responsible for the conception, development, and production of the organization’s information systems.
Within this division, Capital Market IT (CMI) is organized into IT streams (“filières”), each aligned to a specific business line such as Linear Rates, Equity, Non-Linear Rates, FX, Bond / Inflation, ALM, Repo Secured Funding, etc.
These IT streams are in charge of designing, developing, and supporting all applications under their scope.
The Orchestrade application (OT) was originally integrated in 2014 as a standalone system used to book and price trades for the Linear Business Line.
It now supports various asset classes (IR, Inflation, Credit, FX, Equity, Commodity, etc.) and is used by almost all business lines.
OT is capable of importing / exporting trades to multiple systems, performing and visualizing numerous risk types, and exposing results via services to other teams across the bank to support risk management, reporting, regulatory needs, and more.
Each filière using OT has its own Product Backlog and one or several Delivery Teams, consisting of Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and Support specialists.
There is also an Orchestrade Core Team working across all delivery teams, including the Software Factory Team (DevOps / QA / Release Management) and the Optim Team. Together, they form the Orchestrade Community within the organization.
The Optim Team is executing a multi-year OT Next Gen project aimed at ensuring system stability and efficiency while the platform evolves due to multiple migration and transformation initiatives delivered by the Community’s Delivery Teams.
Their mission includes refactoring, scaling, optimizing, and building public APIs for existing OT features. They also create technical frameworks and ensure the overall architecture remains aligned with long-term strategic objectives for the OT Community.
