We’re looking for an Awesome Retail & Events Clerk to join our team. If you love good vibes, helping people, and being part of the action—this is for you!

Compétences Requises

• Positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
• Basic interest or knowledge of TCGs (Magic, Pokémon, Lorcana, SWU) an asset
• Reliable, responsible, and happy to jump in when needed
• Team player willing to learn and grow

Votre Rôle

• Welcome customers and offer great customer service
• Assist players with product questions and purchases
• Help run evening and weekend events (tournaments, community nights, etc.)
• Process transactions and keep shelves stocked
• Maintain a clean, organized, inviting store environment
• Support the team and keep the atmosphere fun and friendly

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of trading cards (e.g., Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience in inventory management or order fulfillment is a plus.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
