About the Role

Reporting to the Creative and Brand Team Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing initiatives to strengthen IFC brands in the Canadian, U.S., and U.K. markets. This role touches multiple facets of design and is ideal for a candidate who excels in digital innovation and has a strong understanding of maintaining brand consistency across platforms. You will be invited to engage with a variety of internal stakeholders in multidisciplinary forums, advancing our brand leadership.

What You’ll Do Here

  • Translate strategic direction into compelling designs across digital platforms such as social media, mobile apps, and motion/animation.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and ensure projects align with brand guidelines.
  • Work with the production lead to meet required delivery timelines.
  • Contribute creative ideas and campaign brainstorming.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to financial services and digital media.
  • Support the development of design systems and templates for scalable content creation.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.

What You Bring To The Table

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, including 2+ years in branding and design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications and design, or a related field.
  • Experience overseeing visual elements across multiple channels, both digital and offline, ensuring effective brand application across all tactics.
  • Expertise using design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) to create high-quality digital content and visual assets for web applications and social media.
  • Recognized experience in video editing and motion/animation.
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects and produce high-quality digital assets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude, highly collaborative, enjoys problem-solving and building consensus.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required as the role involves regular interaction with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
  • No Canadian work experience required, but authorization to work in Canada is necessary.
