The Marketing Specialist will support and coordinate marketing initiatives for these products while leveraging research, customer data, modeling, and advanced analytics to understand customer behaviors and preferences.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate marketer with a track record of achieving impressive results. They thrive in challenging situations, love to test and learn new innovations, and use data to rigorously assess marketing effectiveness and develop the right marketing mix.

In this role, you will analyze campaign results and compile comprehensive reports.

Responsibilities

  • Help support the delivery of marketing plans.
  • Continuously drive innovative improvements to maintain a differentiated competitive position.
  • Collaborate with marketing product managers to develop brand and marketing communications within the broader customer journey.
  • Develop a standardized measurement plan for relevant KPIs to assess marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Pro-actively test, measure, and implement new types of campaigns and/or advertising channels.
  • Identify appropriate sourcing and marketing levers to build top-of-funnel demand and efficiently attract prospects.
  • Lead implementation of marketing programs across regions and teams.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing coordination and campaign execution (ideally in B2B environments).
  • Proven track record of delivering on revenue objectives and overseeing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Highly developed in customer experience, campaign management, and metrics measurement & ROI.
  • Strong solution-focused work ethic with high flexibility, supporting multiple projects of varying complexity and priority.
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional team discussions.
  • Experience with Google Analytics – certification is a plus.
  • Solid experience launching, managing and optimizing campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, YouTube, Bing & Twitter.
  • Experience with Pardot and Salesforce are big assets.
  • Aviation industry background is desired but not required.
  • Ability to work, at least partially, from home and in a virtual team environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, strong interpersonal skills and capable of working independently and in a team.
