The Volunteer’s Role

The primary aim of this role is to enhance research on gender, climate change, and interculturality, aligning with the research themes of Antonio Ruiz de Montoya University, particularly through the Institute of Ethics and Development and its Research Groups.

You will play a vital role in the organization and systematization of research data generated at the Institute of Ethics and Development. You will also help in bolstering skills in utilizing digital tools and data analysis software for research purposes.

This is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in a fantastic experience in Peru, collaborating with one of the country's leading universities while embracing the rich and vibrant culture of Peru.

As a volunteer, you will :

  • Help design and manage research projects at the Institute of Ethics and Development (IED) focused on gender, climate change, and intercultural issues.
  • Contribute to the development of intercultural and / or decolonial research methodologies.
  • Assist in organizing and systematizing research data related to migration, anti-corruption, and human trafficking generated by the IED.
  • Support researchers affiliated with the IED in enhancing their skills in digital tools and data analysis software for research purposes, including Atlas.ti, Power BI, statistical analysis, and AI, among others.

Essential Requirements :

  • A degree in a discipline associated with the Social Sciences or other relevant fields.
  • Essential Background :

  • Experience in engaging with research projects focused on gender, migration, interculturality, indigenous communities, and other topics pertinent to this position.

    Volunteer Support and Requirements

    Support Package
