Responsibilities

• Identify and propose process improvements based on in-depth technical insights and industry best practices
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance system performance
• Oversee and manage SuiteCommerce implementations, ensuring e-commerce solutions are designed, customized, and executed effectively
• Provide strategic direction to meet client-specific requirements and optimize user experience
• Design and implement complex features to enhance NetSuite system functionality, using advanced coding techniques and creativity
• Push the boundaries of what is achievable within the NetSuite framework, leveraging knowledge of platform capabilities and limitations
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of standard NetSuite ERP processes and functionalities, applying this knowledge to inform solution design
• Possess specialized knowledge of additional modules to address diverse client needs effectively
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of SuiteScript limitations, guiding teams and clients on achievable outcomes within the platform
• Offer innovative alternative solutions to address challenges and maximize system capabilities
• Conduct rigorous quality control reviews of developed features and integrations to ensure they meet functional, technical, and client requirements
• Uphold high standards for deliverables, ensuring reliability and performance before deployment
• Dispatch and oversee tasks that do not require direct involvement, ensuring all assigned work is tracked and completed efficiently
• Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Any other delegated responsibilities by the Employer

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or any other related field
• 4-5 years+ experience as a NetSuite Technical Consultant
• Solid experience with leading implementation with SuiteCommerce
• Bilingual in French and English as we do have clients outside of the province of Quebec
• Ability to travel on a modest to moderate basis, when appropriate
• Obtained SuiteAdmin, SuiteFoundation, Level 4 Celigo, Application Dev, Web Services Dev, Connector Certifications
