What we expect from you

Support. Advise. Build loyalty.

You’ll handle inbound and / or outbound calls using a call generator to efficiently respond to the immediate needs of our business members and clients. Your role goes beyond addressing initial requests; you’ll ensure businesses have the best tools to drive their success. You will also understand the stories, challenges, and projects of our members and propose personalized, value‑added solutions aligned with their goals and ambitions.

What you bring to the table

  • High school diploma in a related field
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in customer service
  • Other combinations of qualifications and experience may be considered
  • Experience in the banking or financial sector
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Advanced proficiency of English may be required for some duties or interactions with partners and clients
  • Knowledge or interest in the business sector and business development
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., and Saturdays during the day
  • Action oriented, customer focus, differences, drive results, interpersonal savvy, nimble learning.
