In this role, you will be responsible for creating and modifying architectural and site plans that support commercial real estate development projects. You will work closely with development and leasing teams to produce accurate drawings, renderings, and documentation that align with project requirements and industry standards.

Position Overview

As an Architectural Designer, you will prepare and update plans using AutoCAD and Revit, assist in plan coordination and approvals, and contribute to the visual presentation of projects. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create site plans, landscaping layouts, and truck maneuvering diagrams.
  • Produce and modify plans using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Collect and update information for multiple plan versions.
  • Assist in coordination, review, and approval of development plans.
  • Prepare plans and renderings for tenant fit-outs and commercial presentations.
  • Support BIM workflows with detailed Revit models and documentation.
  • Review tenant plans for compliance with company standards.

Desired Candidate

  • 3+ years proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
  • Knowledge of civil plans and construction standards.
  • Familiarity with truck maneuvering software.
  • Bilingual (French & English), written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Up to $70K base salary.
